If you've tried one of our supplements and you're not feeling the benefit you hoped for, contact us within 60 days of delivery and we'll refund your order. There's nothing to send back — your word is enough. Email help@thefunctionalmushroom.co with your order number and we'll take care of it.

Returns

Change-of-mind returns (UK)

If you change your mind about an order before opening it, you have 14 days from the day you receive it to request a return. Items must be unopened and in their original packaging. Email help@thefunctionalmushroom.co to start a return — we'll send instructions and the returns address. Refunds are processed within 5 working days of us receiving the items back.

International orders

Our 60-day guarantee applies to international orders too. If you're not happy with what you've received, contact us and we'll refund you — there's no need to ship anything back.

Damaged or missing items

If anything arrives damaged, broken, or missing from your order, email help@thefunctionalmushroom.co with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or refund the affected item without needing a return.

Tracking your order

You'll receive a dispatch email with a tracking link once your order leaves our fulfilment centre. If you haven't received tracking within 3 working days of ordering, check your spam folder and then contact us at help@thefunctionalmushroom.co.
