How do I take it?
Singles are one capsule a day: most in the morning, Reishi in the evening, Shiitake at any time. Animate is two capsules daily, and Flourish two capsules each evening.
How strong is each capsule?
Each single capsule is the dry-weight equivalent of 3,600mg of mushroom, or 7,200mg for Reishi. Our blends use 8:1 extracts, with Reishi at 16:1 in Flourish.
How is each batch tested?
Every batch is screened on four contaminant panels: heavy metals, pesticides, microbials and solvents. We measure actives too. Animate batch 26060025 measured 2.985% hericenones, against a 1% category standard.
Can I take more than one formula?
Yes. Animate is taken during the day and Flourish in the evening, so the two sit together naturally. If you are pregnant, have a medical condition or take medication, check with your doctor first.
