Questions
01 How do I share my link?
Log in and your personal link is at the top of this page. Copy it, or send it straight from here by WhatsApp, email or Messages.
02 How does my friend get £20 off?
They open your link and enter their email to claim their £20, which comes off their first order.
03 When do I get my £20?
As soon as your friend’s first order goes through, we email you a £20 code for your next order.
04 Is there a limit to how many people I can refer?
No. You get £20 for every friend who places a first order through your link.
05 Does it work with subscriptions?
Yes. Your friend’s £20 works on a one-time order or their first subscription order, and yours can go towards your next subscription delivery.
06 What if my friend cancels or returns their order?
If their first order is cancelled or refunded, the referral doesn’t count and no £20 is issued.
